I am a grandma to 7 awesome gradkids. I write books because my grandchildren, especially two of them, tell me they are the best books that they own. I like kids to know that they can do big stuff and their thoughts and minds are incredibly powerful.I am a beginning artist and I helped with the illustrations in my 2nd book because I find painting and drawing fun. But a few years ago, I wouldn't have even considered doing that part of the book. So I hope that inspires you to try something new.I haven't received any awards yet, but if my books inspire a child to step out of their comfort zone and use their wonderful mind, I will be very grateful.I am married to my high school sweetheart and best friend, Dave.
