There may be more reasons than these fourteen reasons. But I have found fourteen reasons given to us in Scripture for speaking in tongues. I wanted to compile those fourteen reasons together in one book along with a discussion on the significance of the the Holy Spirit Baptism. Speaking in tongues is for everyone without exception. You can certainly be born again and have a close relationship with God without receiving the Holy Spirit Baptism and speaking in tongues; And there are plenty of tongue-talkers who clearly are quite immature in many aspects of their spirituality. But speaking in tongues is a tremendous spiritual enhancement and powerful supernatural boost. Receiving the Holy Spirit Baptism with the initial sign of speaking in tongues can only make your relationship with Jesus Christ more glorious than it already is.
