A spy story, set in spring/summer l986. Moammar Ghadhaffi, frightened and furious after the US bombing raid on Tripoli, directs a sleeper team he has in the United States to steal nuclear material for a Libyan bomb. FBI counter-terror expert Lincoln Rowe learns of the plot, but very late in the game, and he's one step behind the Libyans all the way to the violent, radioactive confrontation at Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory.
