The Archko Volume: Documents that Claim Proof to the Life, Death & Resurrection of Christ, by Drs. McIntosh and Twyman. These pages are said to contain the testimonies of Jesus' contemporaries, especially his enemies concerning his arrest, crucifixion and resurrection. They are claimed to be the trueand original documents of recorded testimonies of Caiphas, Herod and Pontius Pilate. In a convincing series of events outlined at the front of the book, we find how Rev. William D. Mahan was able to procure translated copies from originals that were located in the Vatican Library. This little known volume has tremendous implications for Christianity if it is indeed true.
It has fallen under intense scrutiny, with many claiming it was forged. Rather than enter into such a debate, it is best to present the work in its entirety and allow the reader to decide for oneself. If the Archko volume is part of the Vatican library, we would like to know. It would be good for the Vatican to openly support their own followers. This volume has strengthened the faith of many Christians who find that these reports ring true. It provides an interesting new look into the personal life of Jesus and the impact he had on those who had condemned him.
