As a kid David was fascinated with the world. There were always adventures to be had, even if they were just in his own backyard. With a piece of paper and a pencil he could create anything. New worlds, new friends, there was nothing he could not dream up and it was his passion. It wasn't long before he decided to turn that passion for drawing and storytelling into a career. After graduating with his Bachelor's degree in Animation from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia and then graduating with his Master's degree in Animation from The Academy of Art University in San Francisco, he started David McBride Animation. His own studio to create worlds of imagination! His dream is to entertain and inspire kids and the kid at heart in the same way that he was and continues to be inspired by those who came before him.
