Michael J. McLaughlin, MD, is co-founder of Peloton Advantage. He received degrees from Harvard College and Columbia University. After four years as a plastic surgeon and hand specialist, he transitioned to a non-clinical career. He founded Physician Renaissance Network (PRNresource.com), a free resource for doctors with non-clinical careers and interests, and frequently lectures on physician career change, non-clinical careers for physicians, physician entrepreneurism, and physician consulting. In 2009 he was selected as a leading Change Agent in PharmaVOICE's Top 100 Most Inspiring People. He authored the career change guide, "Do You Feel Like You Wasted All That Training?" and the medical thriller, "Extinction.
