A compilation of poems containing many challenges which I have combatted. Some battles have been mental and many of them have been spiritual. Many poems are about how I have grown and how I have gained strength while others describe my mental state at the time of my writing. The title Battling In War is an implication to the spiritual warfare that is being waged described in the Holy Bible and how I am as a member of the body of Jesus Christ am caught up in battling in that war.
