Brian McDermott, co-author of Leading Innovation and co-principal of GrowthWorks, Inc. consultancy, is a leadership consultant who works with organizations like Microsoft, AstraZeneca, American Express, Allianz Life, Pfizer, Caterpillar, Textron Financial, Ogilvy Public Relations, Imation, Novell, and the YMCA. Brian's prior work includes newspaper and magazine feature writing, business journalism, and community service.
