Don Luce was president of Cornerstone Learning Systems and managing director of ELA/Wilson Learning in San Francisco, California, until his untimely passing while working on this book. His career included consulting, coaching, and training in sales and leadership, as well as marketing and management roles in international organizations around the world. Brian McDermott , co-author of Leading Innovation and co-principal of the GrowthWorks, Inc. consultancy, is a leadership consultant who works with organizations like Microsoft, AstraZeneca, American Express, Allianz Life, Pfizer, Caterpillar, Textron Financial, Ogilvy Public Relations, Imation, Novell, and the YMCA. He lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Brian's prior work includes newspaper and magazine writing, business journalism, and community service.
