Leslie Linsley is the author of more than sixty books on crafts, home style, and decorating including Nantucket Cottages and Gardens, Nantucket Island Living and Key West Houses. As a lifelong resident of Nantucket, Linsley's column for the Nantucket Inquirer & Mirror, "At Home on Nantucket," has appeared weekly for 35 years. For the past year she has also been writing features for the paper's real estate section, where she reviews and writes about every house for sale on the island. Working with local photographer Terry Pommett (who has collaborated with her on all of her most recent books), Linsley also produces a monthly lifestyle feature for Nantucket Today, a magazine published by Gatehouse Media. Each month Linsley and Pommett photograph a beautifully designed home and interview its owners. She has a reputation that has earned her the trust from the Nantucket community, and her name alone is an entree into the most exquisite houses on the island. She also writes a monthly feature about Nantucket for Bird's Eye View, the inflight magazine for Cape Air Airline and has appeared as a regular guest on national television shows such as Today, Good Morning America, and Oprah.
