He has over 25 years of industry experience in wireless technology research, standardization, and product development. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University. Tao Luo is a Senior Director of Engineering at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., where he works on 5G advanced/6G system design and analysis, standardization, and prototyping. He has been with Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., since 2004.
