By applying the very leadership principles he teaches in his own life, he began his career as an Elementary School teacher at the age of 19, later become a School Principal at the age of 25. He's completed and earned his Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership.
