Born in Wales, Judith Lawrence trained as a registered nurse. In Canada, she was a sister of The Sisterhood of St John the Divine, and assisted prayer groups and conducted spiritual retreats. She now lives in Bracebridge, Ontario. Along with practising daily prayer and meditation, she is dedicated to the pursuit of adult literacy and is a volunteer tutor.
