Shadows, and Other Beings is a collection of horror short stories. Each story is self contained with elements or people that crossover into the other stories creating a world of interconnected tales that are individual enough to stand on their own. These stories vary from first to third person and are mostly suitable for young readers and adults. Some strong language and partial nudity is present however neither are merely thrown in as a distraction. Each story provides a unique experience within a shared world. This book and the contents within are inspired by horror movies, novels, ghost stories and nightmares. The characters feel genuine and real and their actions are what sets this book apart from others in the genre.
