Jean Kinney, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Dartmouth Medical School, was the Associate Director of the Alcohol Counselor Training Program at Dartmouth from 1972-1978, the program that was the impetus for this text. She is currently employed at Project Cork managing program administration and development for medical education and clinical care for substance abuse.
