Jade Blake and Kyle Sherman are so sure they have nothing in common that they don't even realize they have fallen in love with each other - until it's too late. Jade lives in the middle of the "hood," poor and friendless, however her faith in God keeps her going. Kyle is one of the "popular" kids, even though he lives in a foster home. His parents, lost in the war, left him with memories - and a trust fund. Late December, Kyle and Jade have to spend time together, and realize that neither is as bad as the other thought. When tragedy strikes Jade's family she suffers, she has no one to turn to but Kyle. While they are fighting what they feel for each other, Jade worries what her sick father will think, and Kyle worries what his "high-class" friends will think, but their love cannot be denied. Fate, however, is seldom kind, and tears them away from each other.
Will they find each other again? And if they do, will they have changed too much, gone too far, to get their love back? Or will it forever be "Lost Within"?.
