John Kelly has been illustrating, writing, and designing books since just after the invention of the clay tablet in Ancient Mesopotamia. In the spirit of progress, he has now moved on to shouting at a computer screen, sharpening endless pencils, and staring at a blank page of a Moleskine notebook. He lives in a mythical suburb of South London with his wife, who is also a full-time muse. He is also the author of What Do You Do When Your House is a Zoo? and Hibernation Hotel. Elina Ellis was born and raised in Ukraine. She made up stories and drew funny pictures from the age of three, and later graduated with an MA in Children's Book Illustration from the Cambridge School of Art. She has illustrated over twenty books for children, including: Miles Mchale, Tattletale (Capstone), La Petite Lili Loiselle (Scholastic), The Big Adventure (little bee books), Itchy Scritchy Scratchy Pants and There Was An Old Giant Who Swallowed A Clock from Tiger Tales.
