Hello everyone. I am a regular woman who has had to learn the hard way from all my mistakes. Writing came easy to me in College as I began a journal of all my mishaps. Good relationship to bad relationships. Long term to short term. It was all so messed up and I knew their had to be a better way. Lots of crazy research and crazy hours, I came up with this book. It's a list of what to do and what not to do.

After years of searching for what I really truly wanted in a man, I found him. I hope you enjoy it and if you take just one thing from it your further ahead than you were yesterday.
