Constipation
A large majority of cases of piles are perfectly curable by homoeopathic remedies, and those which cannot be absolutely cured can almost invariably be so far remedied as to render operation out of the question. An operation does not remedy the state on which the piles depend; on the contrary, it merely removes an expression of the constitutional state, and if nature does not revenge herself for the outrage on some more vital part, the patient must be considered very fortunate.
