You are now considered an asset in the kingdom of God. An asset is someone or something that has value, and is still useful; and a liability is a debt or obligation of something or someone that is extremely risky. Once your mind and your maturity level are at a point where it can be used to glorify God; you should be positioned and readily available to teach other new Christians how to grow in the faith. It is just like a baby learning how to walk. Once that baby has learned how to walk, he then decides to sit down and never walk again. When God designed a baby to walk and his or her potential is not fulfilled, doctors come to a medical conclusion that there is some form of abnormality. When mature Christians give excuse after excuse as to why they are not effective, the Holy Spirit confirms in Heaven that these Christians have a spiritual blockage that will not allow them to get up and walk. Many mature Christians have made a firm choice to not have a humble spirit that is even teachable.
They have filled themselves with pride, arrogance, and self-idolatry that wars constantly against their spiritual ability to grow. The Holy Spirit is responsible with interacting and helping us become assets to God's Kingdom, not a liability.
