God has given each person a measure of talent, and it is the responsibility of each person to use his or her talent. The unfortunate reality is that many people don't use the talent given to him or her for a number of reasons, including: outside influencers, negative behavior, being comfortable with mediocrity and fear. Fear is the paralyzing factor that prevents many people from achieving goals, reaching his or her potential, or living out his or her destiny. It is fear that keeps people on the sidelines of life, being observers of the success lived out by others. This does not have to be the case. Everyone is equipped with some measure of talent. The responsibility belongs to each person to use the God-given talent that is entrusted to him or her. The duty is to find out what the talent is, develop it, expose it and finally reap the rewards of living a purposeful life.
I Have Talents, and I Am Not Afraid to Use Them, inspired by the parable of the talents found in Matthew 25 of the Bible, is meant to motivate readers to use his or her talents. Be encouraged to take what belongs to you and use it to the best of your abilities and live the life that you deserve to live.
