You expect to be successful. You expect to reach your destiny. You expect these things to happen within a specific timeframe. Good news! God wants to bring you to an expected end. And one critical key to moving from where you are today and getting to that expected end is knowing what to expect in the middle. Whether it's from a personal desire and/or the leading of the Spirit, a seed has been deposited within you. And until that seed comes to fruition a restless tension troubles your soul. While you wait on God's timing you must also consider your spiritual positioning to ensure there is no delay in the harvest.
This consideration involves examining and validating your expectations, waiting on your expectations, and understanding the role of expectations in the pursuit of your success and destiny. When you combine these components you are best aligned for God to give you an expected end (Jeremiah 29:11).
