When the Australian Homeland Security Agency discovers that North Korean scientists have been experimenting with animal stem cell injection with the aim of creating an army of superhuman soldiers, they inform the Australian government who secretively commence their own experimentation. The scientists accidentally stumble on a side-effect which allowed a patient to escape from a high security laboratory who has the potential to create mayhem throughout the suburbs of Melbourne. With a potential disaster likely, two trusted Homeland Security agents are recruited to capture the escaped patient.
