Born in North Wales, the author was a scientist and a part time professional soccer coach before becoming a writer and storyteller. He is married and lives with his wife in Hendersonville, Tennessee where he belongs to the Explorastory group. He is also a member of the Tennessee Storytellers Association and has told at numerous public concerts and events.
