FBI Agent Phoenix Perry is on vacation with her husband and daughter when she learns of a savage murder just outside of Washington D.C. A prison warden and his wife are the victims. Apparently, they were dismembered while they were still alive. A large quantity of cocaine and large sums of money are at the murder scene. Three weeks later, a former Miss California and her friends are murder in her Malibu Mansion. They too were dismembered alive. Phoenix investigates and discovers the mind-blowing truth.
