Ashton town is in danger of a gruesome group of hooligans causing devastating anti social behaviour and in need of help to turn things around it is a bedlam of violence. The football club has a notorious amount of hooligan culture that prides itself on being the best in the business and wants to be top of the league of trouble table. But David Royle chairman of Ashton Villa has other plans. He has seen an alarming amount of cash wasted on police presence with no end result. The club is going bankrupt and suddenly gets the news he doesn't want. it is to be suspended from all domesic league and cup competitions for the unforeseeable future. With no revenue from the sponsors, or turnstiles, or television and radio the future is bleak. So David Royle decides on a scheme for the "real" fans to fight back in a make or break initiative and form a Special Vigilante Task Force and an Ordinary Vigilante Task Force to combat the scourge of the battling violent fanatical groups of hooligans, street scum and trim and dare it gang, field filth and Captain Clout.
The special vigilante task force are trained to be the smartest, fittest, sharpest, clinical army of vigilantes in history and armed with tanks, rifles, shields, armoured cars and plastic bullets. They bring peace back to the streets, roads, shopping centres and terraces of Ashton Villa FC, as well as the stadium to make the place safer for everyone. And with these extreme measures make the Football League sit up and take notice and rethink and hopefully reverse their decision to suspend the club from all competitions.
