Victor Joffe QC specializes in commercial chancery, company law, insolvency law, international trusts and civil fraud. He took silk in 2001 and was admitted to the New York State Bar 1998. David Drake has a wide-ranging chancery commercial practice, encompassing company, insolvency, and commercial fraud cases. As such, he has been involved in numerous disputes concerned with breaches of directors' duties and allegations of unfair prejudice. A former scholar of Worcester College, Oxford, he was called to the Bar in 1994. Daniel Lightman specializes in commercial and chancery litigation, including, in particular company law, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, insolvency, and wills and probate. He was called to the bar in 1995 and has published widely in publications such as the Solicitors Journal, The Law Society Gazette, and The Times. Giles Richardson is a commercial-chancery barrister with a wide experience of company and fiduciary disputes both within England and Wales and offshore, including in Anguilla, the Bahamas, Cayman, the Channel Isles, Hong Kong and Singapore.


He has been involved in many major trusts disputes, often involving complex company law issues, and is currently instructed in the London proceedings arising from the collapse of Lehman Brothers. Tim Collingwood has a broad practice across general commercial law and chancery litigation. In particular he specializes in company law, insolvency (personal and corporate), trusts litigation and civil fraud. He was called to the UK Bar in 1996 and to the Bar of the Cayman Islands in 1997. He was also a part time lecturer in law at Kings College London between 1995 and 1996.
