Takashi Sugimoto is Japan's leading restaurant and bar designer, whose creative services are in demand. Sugimoto is the current Professor of Space Design at Musashino University of Arts Marcia Iwatate, of Japanese and German descent, is one of the leading lights in the Japanese design and food industry. After art directing for fashion advertisement in New York, Iwatate was involved in art direction for numerous restaurants, and product design. She is at present Creative Director for Shunju, where she coordinates the overall culinary direction Award-winning photographer Masano Kawana is one of the most exciting food, interior, and landscape photographers in Asia today. Born in Japan and based in Singapore, Kawana has traveled, lived, and surfed throughout the region, photographing a wide variety of subjects for books and lifestyle magazines.
