Servant Leadership. To some people these two words are are a contradiction in terms. In some people's minds, Leadership means having power and controll while a servant means being submissive and controlled by others. The best way I can describe this book is a self-help Novel. It sounds strange but if you will read it you will see why. Why should you read this book? Well I could give you many reasons, but the best reason is; that you will see something about yourself that you have never seen before and this knowledge will fundamentally change you as a person. You will be inspired to do many things differently in your life and develop more confidence. You will think or say " Thats true, I have never thought about that before".
