Joy Howard is a freelance food stylist, writer/editor, and recipe developer. She writes a regular column about kids and cooking for EatingWell and has also a worked on projects for Parents, Rizzoli, Storey Publishing, Burger King, Yankee Candle, B.Good, and SharkNinja, among other brands. From 2009 to 2015 she was the food editor at FamilyFun magazine where she developed original recipe content, styled images for print and video, managed an on-site test kitchen, and occasionally served as on-air radio and television talent. Prior to joining the staff at FamilyFun, she worked as a journalist penning stories about politics and culture. Joy Wilson is a new Orleans-based professional baker and entrepreneur turned three-time cookbook author who is well known for her daily dabbles in butter and sugar as her blogging alter ego, Joy The Baker. Since its launch in 2008, Joy the Baker has received many accolades, including being selected as one of the 50 Best Food Blogs by The Times (London) and being named Best Baking and Dessert Blog by Saveur, among other notable awards.
