This book provokes thought and conversation about a multitude of very interesting topics, concerns, and issues. The book will pique the interest of everyday people in their everyday lives. The author discusses his experiences gained through interacting with people from all walks of life. He also gained knowledge by researching issues such as the twentieth-century politics that led to mass incarceration, mental illness, prosperity church, and the 2016 presidential election. The author delved into issues of zero tolerance of hate crimes in US high schools and racial injustices and even met civil rights activist and former US ambassador Andrew Young. The author offers solutions and resolutions to many of the issues and concerns. He invites the readers to engage in healthy dialogue and says that it is okay to disagree without disrespect or violence. This book is very empowering and a must-read for people in the African American community, as well as non-African American communities, because the book delivers food for thought for all Americans.
