Terry Maple has had a remarkable career as a psychology professor and director of 2 different zoos. He changed Zoo Atlanta from one of the worst in the country to one of the best, bringing giant pandas to Atlanta and developing a world-class gorilla exhibit with a thriving population of reproducing gorillas. On the occasion of Terry's 65th birthday we announced a Festschrift for Terry. A Festschrift is a volume that that honors a respected academic. It can be composed of a variety of contributed papers and essays that in some way reflect on the honorees contributions to his scholarly field. This Festschrift reflects the stories of some of the many people who have been impacted by Terry througout his career.
