Running with Class : What the Old Man Could Teach the Young Students
RUNNING WITH CLASS is literally about what my University of Oregon running classes do. It starts with this introduction to training plans and schedules. From there the book designed to be read one week at a time - 10-week terms for these classes.Each week includes an informational or inspirational essay, the scheduled group training, a weekly log page and a mini-lesson for that week. I'm not the only writer here. Students fill in the log pages, adding their results after completing the scheduled session. I hope they write a great success story, one run at a time.
