I grew up with my Grandparents as an only child; therefore, I always needed something to entertain me. Remember, in the late 1930s through the early 1950s, radio was our only source of entertainment. So early on, Granddad told me stories to entertain me. As a child and later, as an adult, I loved these stories. Even as I re-read these stories, many give me a chuckle. This book is a series of interesting and funny stories told by my Grandad. They are told as the 'Gospel Truth' and I leave it for you, the reader, to decide which may have been embellished.
