Richard Hell reads from his 1996 novel, Go Now, the story of a musician down on his luck. Robert Quine provides the accompanying music. Hell has been writing novels and poetry for over twenty five years. In 1996 Codex published his 1973 first novel The Voidoid. However, it is as a leading light of the New York punk scene that Hell is best-known. He produced proto-punk classics Blank Generation and Love Comes In Spurts, and collaborated with renowned Television front-man Tom Verlaine.
