Theodore van Sante is junior counsel at 3Verulam Building, Gray's Inn, London with a wide-ranging commercial practice in the fields of banking, insurance and financial services disputes. Christopher Hare is an Associate Professor of Law at Oxford University and a Fellow of Somerville College.
