Louisa Harding studied Fashion Textiles at Brighton University, UK. A placement at Rowan Yarns resulted in the publication of two of her early designs in the Rowan Magazines. After graduation, she travelled to Canada to assist a hand-knit designer in setting up her ready-to-wear collection. On her return, Louisa became an in-house designer for Rowan Yarns, ultimately becoming the designer and brand co-ordinator for Jaeger Handknits. She now works as a freelance designer.
