In this 300 pages, conveniently sized (6" x 9" book, I have shared many ideas, thoughts, techniques, and principles regarding many High Angle activities; including technical rope rescue, work at height, and adventuring into the vertical environment that has taken me many years to learn. I have always figured that a class, book, or activity that teaches me one new idea or technique that I can use in my pursuits, is worth every penny I spend. I am sure anyone will gain new ideas, techniques, and a better understanding of their vertical activities. It has over a hundred diagrams, pictures, and drawings showing many different ways ropes, pulleys, and other gear can be used to accomplish tasks in Technical Rope Rescue, Working in a vertical environment, and while adventuring in the high angle environment. They can be used at home, on the job, while on adventures, or in many rescues or emergencies. It includes in-depth explanations, how to determine the mechanical pulley of just about any pulley systems, ideas to help to understand the force produced by different configurations. I explain many ways to assemble pulley systems for raising loads, lowering loads, and working in high-angle environments. There are charts, and teaching quizzes to make it fun and interesting.
