Harry Stein is a semi-retired journalist who lives quietly in Brooklyn Heights, tending to his pensions, waiting for Social Security and taking the occasional assignment. After helping the Israelis and emerging unscathed, Harry returns to his Brooklyn sanctuary. However, the same psychopath who plotted the UN attack has returned to kill Harry and the woman Harry fell in love with during the operation. Jayne Mayes is an undercover Israeli agent who intends to foil the next catastrophe.

Another blood blood bath ensues. This time in the city's subways and, as the death toll mounts, Harry has to save the rest of the city from a Sarin gas attack.
