A true story of the authors involvement with the Government Revenue Departments, initially as a staff member of The Mersey Docks & Harbour Board, and latterly as an Officer of H.M.Customs & Excise . Stan Green worked at all the Dock Board Warehouses, and he worked for Customs & Excise at Immingham, Grimsby, Bootle, Southend on Sea and Liverpool.
