She has also authored the first money curricula for children and three mobile gaming video apps teaching kids about money. Her work has reached over 6 million people at home and at school. Neale started her journey with The Chase Manhattan Bank, in 1972 joining as one of the first female executives in banking, and later became president of The First Women's Bank and founder of The First Children's Bank. In 1989, Neale became an entrepreneur and formed the Children's Financial Network Inc.
