Dr Marion Gluck trained as a medical doctor in Hamburg more than 30 years ago and has worked all over the world as a women's health specialist.Whist working in Australia 20 years ago, Marion realised that bio-identical hormone replacement therapy could be a solution to the problems of hormonal imbalance, something women can suffer from at any stage of their lives.
