Carolyn Z. Gillay teaches operating systems and Windows courses. She has written a dozen books on the subject. She is widely recognized as an authority on these topics and is frequently a guest presenter at national meetings. Bette Peat is a Certified Novell Administrator and a computer lab technician at Solano Community College. She has provided technical support to teachers and students since 1987.
