My story is about what can happen when a family is dysfunctional. It covers my experiences as a child. When my father left us, I found myself confused, struggling with his absence, wondering when he would return. This begins a snowball effect in my life. I find myself in detention and foster homes, all the while trying to understand the things that were happening to me. Because of my situation, I rejected God, but it wasn't until I returned to Him that I was able to quit struggling and find inner peace. Through my relationship with God, I was able to forgive those whom I felt wronged me. And now, although I still don't have an understanding of why those things happened, I have been able to find closure to my awful past.

Through the help of God, it is my prayer that this book will help and encourage others who are going through similar circumstances. There is help for all. The source is God. He loves you and He wants to make a difference in your life. He is waiting with open arms for you to strengthen and to seek Him out.& ; I encourage you to go to Church, and learn the truth of God's Love and His Son Jesus Christ.
