John Gage graduated from John Brown University with a BMed in 1972, and earned a masters in church music from Samford Uninversity in 1986. After 42 years in full time music ministry, including eight years at First Baptist Atlanta and seventeen years at Valley Baptist Church , Bakersfield, CA, he retired from full time paid ministry and is currently serving as Minister of Education and senior adults at First Baptist Church, Siloam Springs, AR. Mr. Gage is president of Inmate Ministry Resources, a non- profit company that gives Bible study materials to inmates free of charge.
