David B. Foster is the founder and senior pastor of City of Faith Christian Center or, as it is affectionally known, "The City," which has campuses in Memphis and Nashville, TN. David is committed to preaching the gospel to the poor in accordance to Luke 4:18-19. He has a Bachelors of Science degree with a concentration in Christian Ministry and is the author of Six Steps To A Successful Relationship, The Power To Multiply, Money Cycles & The Freedom Prayer Journal.David is a fifth generation preacher reared in holiness and God's power. A man of faith and power who credits God with 100% of his success. David believes without faith it is impossible to please God. His aim is to live by faith, therefore pleasing God in every area of his life, every day of his life.

David's goal is to teach the world to live by what they cannot see rather than what they can see. David and his wife Tonya, have been married since 2001 and live in TN with their two sons David II and Joshua.
