TYLER FLORENCE is a chef and television star of several Food Network shows, including How to Boil Water, Food 911 and his own signature show, Tyler's Ultimate, and the author of Tyler Makes Pancakes!. A graduate of the prestigious culinary program at Johnson and Wales University, he has taken his witty voice and knowledge of food around the world, providing a unique perspective on food and cooking that has turned him into a household name. Before joining the Food Network, he served as executive chef at the award-winning restaurant Cafeteria in New York City.
