Many real estate pre-licensing students find the state law portion rather difficult due to the wording. NRS 645 was written by attorneys and legislators while NAC 645 consists of regulations adopted by state real estate commissioners. With this publication, Signature Real Estate School aims to make the student's comprehension of the law much easier.We have hand-selected sections from NRS 645 and NAC 645 and included them in this book followed by an easy-to-understand explanation of the law. This study tool should be used to supplement the student's study of the law but should not replace the process of reading all laws and regulations.
