Joe Fitzpatrick graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and began his career with Coldwell Banker Real Estate as salesperson moving on to manage the North Miami office. He opened Century 21 Fitzpatrick Realty with family, and the firm became the top-ranked Century 21 company in Broward County. In 1991, Mr. Fitzpatrick returned to Las Vegas where he taught and authored real estate courses. He was named Vice-President of Century 21 MoneyWorld, one of the top Century 21 firms in the world, and led the education division among other duties. Joe served as Vice President of Education for Real Estate School of Nevada/RealtySchool.com. He has authored and published over 20 real estate licensing textbooks and courses that have been approved and are being utilized in several states.


Joe Fitzpatrick is now the Education Director at the Signature School of Real Estate. Joe has published over 30 real estate titles many of which are being used in several states around the nation.
