Alex grew up near Winchester and as a child loved reading books, such as Roald Dahl and Enid Blyton. She studied maths at University but after a career as an actuary she decided to retrain as a journalist and her love of writing grew!Alex is a proactive member of SCBWI, and now lives in Paris where she spends much of her time writing books and looking after her two young sons.Author of: Yuck! said the Yak, Mine!
